Mr. Elliott has ten plus years of trial litigation experience, mostly on the
defense side, which gives him a unique perspective when handling a
plaintiff personal injury/car accident/trucking accident case. He is a

He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University at Buffalo. He is a

degree from Duquesne University, Mr. Elliott served as a judicial law clerk
for The Honorable Peter O. Steege, Court of Common Pleas of Beaver
County, Pennsylvania 1997-1998. He has worked for various insurance
defense firms over the years, handling both plaintiff and defense cases.
He has also given a seminar to Cincinnati Insurance adjusters concerning
the implementation of HIPAA regulations.

Mr. Elliott has successfully handled jury trials throughout Pittsburgh and
Western Pennsylvania involving vehicle accidents. He also defended
Bernard Ebbers in two civil law suits following the Worldcom collapse. Mr.
